LoLiPoP IoT

With over 30 partners, we are working on this major EU-wide project to retrofit infrastructure and large equipment with wireless sensor technology.

The LoLiPoP IoT project is developing innovative long-life power platforms that enable the retrofitting of wireless sensor network (WSN) modules in IoT applications. This includes the development of algorithms for functions such as asset tracking and condition monitoring for predictive maintenance. These technologies are used in Industry 4.0, smart mobility and energy-efficient buildings.

A central goal of LoLiPoP IoT is the research and development of innovative energy harvesting systems to make the platforms energy self-sufficient.
CP4GE is developing multiphysical models of energy harvesters to optimise their performance and efficiency.
