Solar, Wind, and Bioenergy

Research in the fields of photovoltaics, wind energy, and bioenergy is a central component of our contribution to research supporting the energy transition. Researchers are engaged in the application-oriented development and investigation of materials and processes for the effective utilization of renewable energy.

Printed solar modules are cost-effective and versatile. These transparent modules, available in various colors, can be integrated into building facades or onto curved surfaces, for example. Graphic design elements such as logos can also be reproduced as solar modules. In the video, you’ll find many more applications. You’ll also learn about the types of surfaces on which the modules can be printed.
